As a Recruiting Coordinator at NCSA, I bring a unique blend of professional recruiting experience, a passion for education, and a heartfelt commitment to helping families navigate one of the most exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) chapters of their lives. With a Bachelor’s degree in History from Binghamton University and two years of prior recruiting experience in the healthcare industry, I’ve developed a strong foundation in relationship-building, attention to detail, and the ability to truly listen to the needs and goals of each individual I work with.
In my previous role, I guided candidates through complex and life-changing career decisions—an experience that deeply shaped my approach to recruiting. I understand how important it is to feel supported, informed, and heard throughout the process. That’s exactly what I aim to offer the student-athletes and families I work with here at NCSA.
What drew me to this role is the opportunity to combine my recruiting skills with a genuine passion for sports and youth development. I find it incredibly rewarding to help families pursue their child’s dream of playing at the next level, and I consider it a privilege to play even a small part in that journey. I strive to be a caring and compassionate advocate, someone who listens attentively, offers thoughtful guidance, and helps families feel confident every step of the way.
At NCSA, I’m proud to be part of a team that empowers student-athletes to chase their dreams and find the right collegiate fit both athletically and academically.
