Workouts in afternoons of August or the cold mornings of February, running has been more than a sport, it has been a way of life, something I have been committed to for the last seven years.
I have often been told I am a natural leader, I keep my word, am reliable and trustworthy. I have a spirit of adventure and stay focused on getting things done. I like having a plan, being organized, and getting things accomplished.
Concordia is a small Lutheran high school, that allows for me to play multiple sports. During my freshman year, I went out for both cross-country and fall soccer. The soccer team had an awesome offense, and thanks to some great goalie training I received, we were a formidable team that went to the state finals. To hear the student body cheer for me with ‘He’s a freshman’ at every I made a stop was very inspiring. Our cross country team also competed at the state level that year and I was on the state 4x400 team during the track season.
I am interested in studying business with a focus in marketing and entrepreneurship.
I believe I would be an asset to any college program and look forward to the exciting experiences that come from being a part of a college team.
