Jaidyn Brunnert '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jaidyn Brunnert and I am a left-handed setter, right side hitter and outside hitter entering my Senior year at Carthage High School in Carthage, MO. I play club volleyball for JOMO 18’s in Joplin, MO and am excited to get the opportunity to play collegiate volleyball.

I started my volleyball career playing 6 rotations as a lefty outside hitter and DS. Prior to starting my freshman year of high school my coach encouraged me to transition setting. From that point my volleyball career took off and I fell in love with setting. At the same time, I also began to develop my right side hitting and gained experience running both a 5-1 and 6-2.

I am dedicated to pushing myself whether it be as a volleyball player, as a leader, or in the classroom. Being a 3-sport student athlete has helped prepare me for the commitment level it takes to be a college athlete, as I have learned how to maintain high levels of performance on the court and in the classroom all year round. In the Spring of 2024 I was inducted into the National Honor Society in addition to making the Academic All-State Volleyball and Track & Field Team as a junior.
